The Short, Friendly Terms

We're a friendly place to connect families and DSPs. We don't employ DSPs, supervise care, or run background checks. Think of us as the introduction — the relationship is yours.

Use your real name and accurate info. Don't impersonate anyone, post fake profiles, or make claims that aren't true.

Keep messages respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, nudity, illegal activity, or scams. Cuss words are auto-blocked everywhere.

Messages and attachments are monitored for safety. We may review or remove anything that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts when needed.

Files shared in chat are permanently deleted after 60 days. If it matters, save it to your own device.

Always verify identity, references, and background checks before hiring. FindMyDSP doesn't guarantee any user or outcome — you decide who you work with.

FindMyDSP is an introduction platform — we connect families and independent DSPs. We are not an employer, agency, or screening service. We do not arrange, process, or pay for background checks or motor vehicle record (MVR) checks. Screening is handled directly between you and the DSP outside of this app. In many cases Medicaid covers the cost, the DSP may already have a recent check on file, or the expense may be handled as part of your first payment to them.

Some features (like extended messaging) are paid. Subscriptions renew until you cancel — cancel anytime from your billing page.

You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the platform. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If something material changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use FindMyDSP means you're good with the latest version.
